It was quick and easy. Gas tank was 1/2 full so we were able to take a photo of the dashboard and return it with 1/2 tank 26 ft truck. Easy to drive

Don't think they took a photo of the passenger side of the truck when I picked it up. My fault for assuming they did. Ended up getting charged for roof damage that was possibly already there. Was told when I dropped it of that there was a "Limb" sticking through the roof. It was a twig with a couple of leaves on it!!! Also had a flat spot on one of the front tires that made the 600 mile trip extremely painful. Overall not pleased with the whole trip. Chalking it up to a very expensive learning experience.

I always try with you first time I have an inconvenience like this and it is not my fault I am the customer call for a reserve which was a price and they charged me something very different because of you who do not know how to do the process you can not make the client take pictures and save things which does not make sense only one has to pay for what I use in my case I pay for 86 miles a 10-foot truck and a dolly and they charged me thousands of more and apart gasoline . which is Truck that was delivered to me had no gasoline.

Not all personnel are trained to rent uhaul. I had to leave and come back in 2 hours. Very inconvenient

The counter team did not know how to check in the trailer. They told me to leave it and I would get a receipt later. I was not comfortable with that as I wanted proof of complete rental. Then they were going to charge 2 days for a 1 day rental. Very amateur and unprofessional. I will not go back.

LeAnne, at Holts Grocery (Mobile) in Ellijay Ga, was most helpful with answering all of my questions and working fast and efficient. She is excellent in public relations. The U-haul was clean, ran likeba champ, and we had an easy, successful trip. Thank you.

This uhaul rental was the worst experience of my rental-ing life!!! First no one inspected the truck with me. No one started it up and let me hear it. Nothing was done to Check the vehicle with an employee - they sent me out there to do it by myself and I didn’t know to start the vehicle up??!! When I finally got the truck later—- it sounded like a damn diesel. It was so loud, but it wasn’t. It was a gas truck —- just sounded horrible. I demanded that U-Haul have it inspected before I would drive it from Florida to North Carolina and y’all did have a mechanic come and look at it and it did get me to North Carolina —- but it was loud and sounded like a clunk of junk the whole way… Further, nothing on it was electric not the locks not the windows , there was no cruise control !!!!! I had to drive from Fernandina Beach Florida to Murphy North Carolina without any cruise control!!! This is the worst trip of my life thanks all to your crappy truck!!!! #unhappyuhaulcustomer

Much better than the Napa auto parts store that was first recommended by U-Haul. I would recommend u haul to use this location more frequently Thank you for the great service and I will be back to that location again next time I am in the area

I dropped the truck off at the agreed contract date and the following Monday I got a call from the location and they said that the truck could not been checked in so I had written my name and number in a logbook noting the date that I dropped it off so I was concerned that that might happen when the girl told me she didn’t know what to do

The cab of the truck was filthy - dried mud covered the floor on the driver's side and was smeared on both doors. Dealers need to do a thorough inspection of the vehicle upon return rather than simply noting the mileage and the gas gauge.
