Did not open the door at stated opening time. Truck was not clean. Windshield was dirty along with other windows. Back of truck had to be swept out before we could load. There were issues with checking in for the truck while the other customers in the store were served. I would not rent a UHaul from here again. Also, it smelled like weed.
