Brady F | Overall ExperienceI booked a rental at the Kenmount Road, St. John's, NL location and assumed that would be the pick up site. Nobody from Uhaul told me the pick up site and the booking site may not be the same. Several days before the scheduled pick up I received an email from Uhaul advising that the pick up site location was now at Holyrood which is 43 km away from the Kenmount Road location. This was very inconvenient. Here's a thought. How about advising customers they are not guaranteed a pick up at the location where they book? Also, the Unhaul app was very difficult to navigate. Luckily, we received exemplary service from Uhaul employee Gerard Knight, Jr who assisted and guided us throughout the entire process.
