Great Service. The guy helping me out was having software issues both times so that slowed things down a little but other than that everything went very well.

Adam MThe end mileage recorded was a couple miles more than when I dropped it off. I'm guessing they moved it to another location then recorded the mileage. Cost me about $2.00 because of that.

Louise VThis location was great BUT customer service and the app both where horrible. We were almost a hour late getting the truck due to the app not being able to locate us. Then once on the phone with the FIRST customer service person she helped get the app going and then I asked her nicely to stay on the phone with me until I was able to get the key and she stated "we are NOT allowed to stay on the phone" then hung up on me. Was still NOT able to get the key so had to call back. The young man who took the call was wonderful he worked with a lady who was on chat with us also who was trying to verify everything. They done amazing. They didn't give up until we had our truck. The young lady adjusted our truck return time since we were a hour late getting the truck. The young man on the phone was very pleasant to talk to and extremely helpful.

karen MI did not see anyone f2f. But called about the drop off and they were really nice and gave directions and advice on the drop Off without me asking. Unlike the pick up they seemed interested in making it a good experience using uhaul.

Larry HThe mobile check in service does not seem to work at this location. This is the 2nd time I have rented a uhaul from this location and the 2nd time there were considerable issues. My reservation was at 9am and did not get my uhaul until closer to 11am. The location's internet was down, no uhaul employee was there, and the shop owner had to try and create a new reservation from his phone. The Uhaul website never allowed me to complete pick up. An alternate location was never offered. Additionally, we found out that the appliance dolly I requested was not in the truck and the store owner had to hunt one down. He advised the building was supposed to be closed, but he was there to let internet workers in the building. At drop off, there was a uhaul employee who was helpful, but unsure he was aware of the significant issues earlier.

Elyssa` MWasn’t supplied with extras I ordered and had to return later to get them out of a dirty storage area. Furniture pads were dusty and balled up and dolly wheels had chunks missing.

Steve EVery poor Uhaul company logistics. Cannot tell you the pickup location until day before pickup time. Location could be 50+ miles away. Driver's side tail light out, even though person said all was okay when checked. Trailer roof damaged with cheap attempted repair. Trailer leaked and some items damaged. No spare tire, have to call Uhaul and wait for someone to come repair it. No trailer tongue jack. Cannot unhook trailer from car after loaded. Very poorly operated company. Not the local franchiser's fault, mostly company policy.
Robert RGreat experience but for… windshield was dirty, vehicle’s washer fluid was empty. Inside of windshield was in need of cleaning also.
