Give more details. I was unable to finish moving and will now be doing truck loads for the remainder of the stuff because I had no idea what time frame I had. I also had no idea about the app and drop off steps so had I not been paying attention I would have had a charge for it. I have never rented a U-Haul so was ignorant to the process and could of really used so details such as how long the rental was and is there a way to get a extension on the time? Just disappointed in the customer service part of the rental!! But overall clean and served the function definitely needs an easier ramp situation!! Also super easy to drive if your scared don’t be!!!
