Explain extra charges I assume maybe was an hour late brining back and gas? But not sure maybe on recommendation to friend

I literally only parked the truck and put the keys in a box. But it was simple and to the point so I can't complain because I had zero interaction with the location or the staff.
HEATHER HTrailer was in need of sweeping - even after a brief sweeping was performed on location. All lights worked and tires looked fairly new. Rims looked rusty and a little worn. No issues on the trip.
TYLER FPick up with the app was very smooth. I appreciate being able to pick up early! Return was smooth as silk, and the business owners were very pleasant.
