There customer service and management are very up on customer satisfaction and are business oriented. Great experience! Gas was 1/16 of tank - first thing after picking up truck had to get gas... only thing I can think of

Compensate when people have to drive 45 minutes to pick up a trailer, or at least let it be dropped off at a location in their town so they don’t have to drive 45 minutes again out of their way.

There was popcorn in the back of the truck from previous renters but it did not affect the move and did not change my mind in anyway to use uhaul.

Tell customers up front they need to pay for gas and take pictures f fuel gauge n milage to turn in truck for online. No one was at location and I returned key before. Knowing I had to record that information

I have been double charged twice on my checking account and the issue has not been caught by Home Again and I can't get my bank to argue the charges since they are still pending.

The auto transport had a license plate on it when left location. When got to where was going to get car license had broke off. The bolts,still on trailer with pieces of license plate. Notified dealer when returned trailer.

Was told that there was 3/4 tank of gas, got in and there was only between 1/2 and 3/4. The seats were sticky, like something had dried to it. As it was driven, it kept acting like the transmission wasn't going to shift. Which I am a mechanic, not normal. We couldn't call them the office was already closed for day and had to wait until next day to talk to them. Was told when I checked truck in that someone would call, they didn't, I called them. Drove 9 miles under what I paid for, never received refund. All of this, after I reserved the truck 30 miles closer to my house, then had to have it switched to their location.

Way too expensive for having the van for only 6 hours. When I rented from Indianapolis for 1 way, it was at least $100 cheaper!!

I love the location and the employees at that location....U-Haul itself on the other hand is a different story! I rented a truck, planned on having it for 3 hours, didn't plan on going more than 30 miles. When I was finished o field the truck, I went by the suggested "how much fuel to replace" guide on my print out and ended up putting a quarter of a tank MORE in than what it originally had to begin with. When I got back to the drop off, I find out that I went 7 miles over the 30...just 7 little miles....so my price went from $40 to $52...did it matter that I put EXTRA fuel in??? Nope sure didn't!!! So I get nickel and dimed for 7 extra miles. Yup!!! Make sure I pay out the bum for those 7 miles but F*** that extra gas I put in!!! So I paid EXTRA for a few miles and EXTRA for gas that uhaul just walks away with. If I would have been a tiny bit short on gas you bet your a** U-Haul would have yanked that right out of my account but woah, no refunds on over fueling!!!!
