It was raining. The location of the return spot are muddy and wet. The application sucks, i tried to take a picture and it will not got through. I entered the trailer to see if theres any code i ineed to scan but to no avail. The staff insisting that it is not clean. I explained that i have to enter to check if theres any inside and since the location are so wet and muddy, i made a mark inside. She still charged me $15.no considerstion or whatsoever. Im so dssapointed

When mentioning about the blankets, we were just told we should have looked, it was our responsibility. Everything we mentioned, we were just told same, it was our responsibility. Unfortunately we had a very hard time understanding personnel.

I found the agents in the Drayton Valley branch very uneducated and I’ll trained to deal with customers and complaints. I was told I made a larger deposit than I did so when I confronted them. They said it is not their problem even though they are the ones who took the payment. I’ll never ten from uhaul again in Drayton Valley.

The service was awful no one understood how the rental equipment worked they didn’t have what I needed and refused to deal with me to make something work so I’m turn I only got half of my belongings the rest is outside being ruined

Truck was very dirty. Oil spill in the cargo area, toilette paper through the cab. Truck was filthy on the outside, had to wash it before we could use it. Very disappointed.

Even though I reserved the van two weeks prior there was no guarantee I would get it for sure till the day I picked it up, I do not want to have to drive to another town on pickup day, But all worked out well. Thanks

3rd question the person who used it before me had left broken glass on the floor but I had cleaned it up was fine ! Thank you for having a U-Haul so closed in town, a hell of a lot better then the one I had to run for a truck and never took one, lady was sooo slow didn't know what she was doing? etc!!

Trailer not officiant for BC roads. Starting up a hill and could not make it, spun out trailer pulled me backwards due to no trailer breaks will not apply. Pick up location had us pay for days we didn't need. Pick up location mixed up our drop off location wrong. We were moving to Seachelt ( which wasn't even the drop off location on the papers , that she screwed up on)but was dropping the trailer at Lillooet location ( was the actual drop off location we wanted). We should at least have 2 days rental returned due to pick up location mistakes.

Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. It could be open on Sunday since it's a hotel and there is a person on duty.

Doing everything on a computer and needing to use a smart phone took a very long time.Perhaps more training is required. Previously I had gone in to rent a truck and after fifteen minutes of answering questions the computer finally said the truck was already reserved. That should have happened instantly. All the people were very nice to deal with, though.

Took 30 min to get rental....hook up to.trailer its a 4pin connecter ( no where does it tell you what connecter is used) our truck was a 7 pin..i go ask if they have an adapter she says to buy..i say no..she gives to me anyway ..guess what lights dont work! Go back in says o ill just give you another trailer ( cause ya know its so convenient to just hook up ..unhook and re hook up in a snowstorm in sept ...then im told i have to buy adapter for 18..no.thanks! Whole peocess rook over an hr! Not happy

This moved proved to be quite stressful, as it took a very long time to receive our truck (pickup location was very slow with the paperwork) and also did NOT have the furniture pads that we pre-ordered more than a week in advance. We had to scramble to find blankets to protect our expensive furniture, going out of our way in time and cost to find a solution to mitigate the damage to our possessions. If uhaul cannot guarantee the items on an online reservation that information should be boldly displayed in a timely manner. To show up on moving day and not get what you reserved is a huge hassle and disappointment. We were not impressed.

Find someone who has a clue what they're doing. She took forever because she wasnt sure how to use the computer system. Nobody came out to check the trailer with me. It was filthy and had broken glass on the floor.

My experience with UHaul from this location was an absolute nightmare!!! I rented a dolly and did not get it, but was charged twice for it! Was charged a deposit but once i returned the UHaul truck i could not get my deposit back because it was not entered correctly, so i had to drive almost 4 hours there and back in order to get my deposit back!! Never again!!!

dropped off trailer on a sunday got a call tuesday by uhaul asking where and when i dropped off trailer if u people cant keep track of where youre own trailers are maybe u should consider another line of work

Gentleman was very nice. Went over everything with me. Offered me coffee while I waited. Finished the paperwork quickly. The Inn is really nice and inviting. Highly recommend.

We had to stop at Edson for take a motel room on Sunday night because they close the highway du to the weather . We had to pay an extra day for the truck I think when a situation like this happens you should not charge for any extra days. Thanks

This location needs a bigger variety of equipment. This location needs someone who speaks good English when doing the rentals. I believe I was over charged for my equipment rental. I wanted it for the day after I went in to book the trailer and I believe I was charged from the day I went in to book the trailer. The person at the desk was very hard to understand.

The man who helped me did not speak to me...I'm not sure he spoke English. I followed him out to inspect the vehicle, still nothing said. Back isnide, he pointed to the paper he put in front of me to sign it. After I read and signed it, I left. Not a thank you or a good bye. I felt uneasy leaving there because I didn't know if all checked out. I assumed it was cause there was a zero balance on the paper I signed.

Get properly trained persons to assist customers with what is going on with any request done online or with an agent from any location. So for anyone needing uhaul around Drayton Valley I truly recommend that you go through Dorigo Meadows in Tomahawk Alberta
