Manager was rude and not friendly; unhelpful. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The 1-800# told us we’d have a dolly and a furniture dolly. The pickup location didn’t have either. At pickup the trailer didn’t have a jack so my husband had to pick the 12’ trailer up BY HIMSELF to hook it into the truck. The other new trailer on site had a flat that the manager didn’t even know about. Every time I called the pickup location there was no answer so I called the second business onsite and he repeatedly told me to just call the 1-800#; which gave me incorrect information anyways. This is the second time we’ve used U-Haul and both times had a terrible experience. If we had other options we’d go elsewhere. We will never recommend U-Haul. What is the point of pre-booking online when you can never guarantee anything?
Merv WI filled it up to the specified amount and you went and charged me another $35.00 to add even more, which is basically theft. Thanks again for that. This is what happens when companies get too big. They just turn into money hungry, corporate jerks that have no problem hurting one or two customers along the way.
Alexander HThe owner is rude!! we showed up to pick up our trailer and he wasn’t there he ran to the post office so we had to wait putting us behind time. He was rude he did not come out to help attach the trailer. He did not have the trailer that we ordered and we promised. Horrible owner I would never never recommend this location to anyone.
Mark SThe attendant was helpful with helping us attach the hitch and getting all the paper work done to rent the truck. In future, it would be helpful to help the customer manage expectations with regards to the type of vehicle that will be available on the day of pick-up. In our case, we reserved a 26' van but only found out 2 days prior that a 20' was available. it was not the fault of the attendant, rather an oversight from the point of reserving online.
