We had many issues trying to pick up our uhaul it was a very stressful move already and using uhaul made it much worse we were contsantly on the phone with new people trying to deal with everything and I had already agreed to help uhaul out by towing a trailer for them on my expense just to be a nice person and they made it so much harder then it needed to be

I did not personally drop the truck off, so am unable to comment from furst-hand experience. My brother had nothing negative to say re: drop off, so I'm assuming everything went smoothly.
