When I went to go and pick up the U-Haul truck, it was not there. I drove 30 minutes to get there and then they gave me another location and I drove 40 minutes to that location.. when it was time for me to drop it off. The representative told me that the drop-off location that he gave me was eight minutes away. It ended up being 35 minutes away. I’ve called four times trying to speak to someone about the situation that had happened and I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone because of long wait times.
