It was raining the day I picked up the truck. I should have looked inside of the box before taking it home, because when I got home and opened it to begin loading, it was wet inside and water was still leaking in through the roof. I called the location owner and he told me to bring it back and he would swap the truck out. Which he did. The passenger side mirror on that truck had a bunch of clear packaging tape wrapped around it. When I got the truck home I removed all the tape, only to discover the mirror was loose. I adjusted the mirror properly and found the right size allen wrench and tightened the mirror properly. In my opinion, both of these issues should have been discovered and addressed before the trucks went out to customers. However, all that said, the store owner was helpful and accommodating so I would use this provider again.

I kept the uhaul 1/4th time, used pretty much no gas, only drove it 4 miles and paid for 12, ans when I returned it the uhaul ap said I needed to pay an extra 5 dollars because magically proce when up $5 after I initially paid for it. The actual location itself, is your standard uhaul experience ans the guy was friendly.

-Easy rental process

-Only reason I gave an above average instead of excellent was because the lot was very icy at pick up.
