No complaints just a couple shout outs. Location very convenient. The owner very nice. We rarely drop off during business hours. The only reason I did not give excellent is the lot is a little small to back trailers in. I'm not experienced in backing up the trailers. It takes awhile. But the owner is always super nice on phone and that is important when moving. MOVING IS stressful. uhaul employees and representatives need to understand great service is key. Thank you to the owner of the drop off on Arnold and Peach st and to Sarah West Allis Wi hwy 100 location.
BERTRAM STrucks get excellent mileage keep it up very well maintained
John HTruck was OK--served the purpose but nothing more. Office was a dump and attendant could use some lessons in customer service.
