The location looked more like a junk yard than business. No one at the site to talk with. I photographed the "miles to empty" on the dashboard (it was 270) when I picked up the truck and deposited the truck to this location with 280 "miles to empty" and was still charged $22.43 to top off the tank. In my mind I returned the truck filled to the same level as it was when picked up and a bit better. When I called the number on the charge, to talk about this, the number never rang - just clicked off as in a dead number. This I am not happy about this and am calling VISA to present my case to reverse the bill. Thank you for asking about my experience. Tom
