Contact less pick-up, far from efficient as video indicates that I would end to upload a picture with odometer, which didn't happen. So I called U-Haul customer Service to find out the training video is outdated, odometer reading was in contract. Wasted nearly 1 hour picking up a vehicle, which we had planned to have only one say to avoid "contactless." So we "had" the vehicle for less than 5 hours & paid for 48 hours.Lori N.

The self service pick up was a nightmare. We had to make a 90 minute round trip to get the truck and it took an hour an 10 minutes to get the key, and that was with help from chat. It was, without exception, the worst Uhaul experience we have ever had or hope to have. It made an already stressful weekend so much worse.Bret B.

The only thing that I've sent me was they wanted you to take a picture of the odometer and to track where it was at but I could not do that before I picked up the truck nor after because there were lights on in the vehicle and the service tire pressure light also which made it unable to see the mileage numberSheleah G.

I am so impressed with how nice the U- haul trucks are and how neat it was to just do the whole pick up and drop off process on my phone as well!! The truck made moving so easy , with the ramp , handles ,ect , along with the secure feeling of nothing is going to fall off going down the road ect , when suing a normal pick up truck and trailer . We have have to move our stuff one more time once our house closes the end of August , and I will be back as a return customer :) Thank you for the ability to make such a big project, easier .. Don't charge them way more than usual?? VERY unhappy with Uhaul. I was only supposed to be charged $292 for my travels and then some additional mileage afterwards. They tried to charge me an ADDITIONAL $320 ON TOP OF the $292 I ALREADY paid. Why?! I was told someone was supposed to contact me because I did NOT agree with the charges and nobody ever got ahold of me. Piss poor job if you ask me and NOT worth it.Jordyn S.
The trailer lights would not work and I called the roadside service number. I was on hold for over 15 minutes and finally hung up and got my own mechanic to check it out. The guy at Home Satellite Center is great and very helpful (and friendly).Daniel C.

This location is too small to be used for drop off especially when they are only open till 10am on Saturday so it's after hours and you cannot park the truck in the gate. The lot was full and not sure where we were suppose to park the truck.Tanner H.

bad location and layout if i had to return after dark with 26ft truck and trailer there would be no place to leave but on the street and hope no one hit them there is room for improvement big help is take out the fence if i would guess it use to be a impound yard take out the fence and level it out . workers were very nice but i would have to say yard needs work luckly i had a 5x8 trailer .DEBRA S.

Not happy with uhaul changing my reservation. I had specific reasons why I selected certain uhaul locations and was told at each location that it needed to be changed to a different location even though I reserved well in advance. Was a headache.Carrie B.

Absolutely awful owner of this Uhaul. Rude, condescending, and a liar!! Asked him if I could have a specific Uhaul for the tire tread and he stated it's against Uhauls policy to jump ahead of ones brought in before the one I asked for. I called Uhauls office and they said that there was no such policy! Also, the home office said the Uhaul I was asking about was already assigned to me but, upon day of pickup again the Marshfield owner said it wasn't!! All the way around, I was left extremely upset, unhappy!! The truck we rcvd did the job, but that's really not the point here! I'm not going to move back to Marshfield but, if any of my friends from there ask about that location, I'm going to tell them to go elsewhere. Happy with Uhaul the company, not dealer!!Jane S.

The place was easy to find, and the gentleman working at the location took care of offloading the trailer and provided instruction for future rentals if I ever need it. I would rent from this location again if I ever have a need.Elaine D.

The location is Good. The Uhaul App doesn't work very well. DO NOT USE THE BACK BUTTON! At each step make absolutely sure your information is correct, because you cannot go back and correct a piece of information. If you press the back button, the app basically hangs in there, spinning forever.Reza F.
