Not this location’s responsibility but we had to drive 45 min to location to pick up a truck. They did add on miles which helped We tried to get our truck from WI Rapids

My husband dropped off the car transporter and the person who assisted him was not very friendly or helpful. Didn't even look at the paperwork, just threw it on the desk. Had an attitude.

The rental went so smoothly. He helped me change dates and he was very accommodating in taking care of everything. He even picked up the truck from another location so we would've to drive across town; he was just around corner from us.

The owner needs to clean yard, have improved hours, display and advertisement signs Never new the place was there Needs help in all these matters. I feel if these items are addressed it might improve sales. The location is not the easiest to find and get in and out of

I was not told where the key lock box was when I returned the truck. My search of around the building for the box was fruitless. I did not know where to put it. So , I locked the keys in the truck with intention of the operator having a second
set of keys. I did not want to leave the keys in the truck and have somebody steal the truck in the evening hours.
I incurred that cost of a locksmith, as far as I know. Reluctantly, I would recommend this location. If another was available
,in Marshfield, I would do my business with the other location.

The truck I got was terrible. It shook so bad I couldn't get up to the speed limit. When I was done my arm pits were chafed from all the shaking, which has never happened before in my life. Also my stomach was rubbed hairless and red from my t-shirt. I specifically chose u haul for the false claims about smooth riding trucks, a mistake I won't make again.
