Had appointment for 7:30. Didnt get trailer on the road until after 8:00 since employee didnt arrive until 7:45. Driveway is in very rough shape. Stairs going into building are concerning as they feel as if you may fall thru the old wood. Trailer was parked under trees and had lots of leafs inside. Overall the worst uhaul pickup experience i have ever had.

The u-haul I rented was infested with roaches I called u-haul and the manager Laura did not care or help me with nothing she was just very rude and uncomfortable the location I rented it didn't care also I have told everyone about my situation with u-haul and will do a video also I will not use u-haule anymore do to u guys have roach infested trucks and the people u guys hire don't even care about your customers my experience with u haule is a minus zero
