This was a location behind a furniture store. there were no employees except someone from the store that did not speak English real well. he got someone on the phone who was the boss. That person spoke louder to the worker. He was not deaf, just not totally fluent in Engllish. It took over an hour to get the truck picked up.
Harley ACheck the fluids before renting. The tongue damper was out of brake fluid, so that function did not work. While not super important to towing, it’s a feature I paid for and did not get.
