I was charged for safe mode and I did not authorize to have that added in to my contact i declined to have that and was also charged for an additional fee for something I have no idea what I was charged for and need to find out what it was and why I was charged for this!Chris R.
I dropped of a 26' truck in a parking lot that was not designed for trucks that size. And the location was closed at the time. UHaul needs to be more aware of where large trucks should be dropped off at.Mark R.

Chuck Miller needs better customer service and UHaul needs to do better with not deleting pictures taken regarding mileage. I drove approximately 19 miles, when I dropped off the truck the contract I received showed I drove 69 miles, which is very much false. Chuck Miller was very rude and continues to be, talking over me and telling what I received. I will not do business with U-Haul again. You can thank Chuck for that.Chozyn H.

The pick up area was scary with homeless people around - maybe sleeping in the trucks and trailers. The internet connection was horrible and the whole check in and out process took over 30 min. Quite possibly due to the mountain near by. This was NOT the pickup site I chose but my original site was overbooked so I had no choice. Recommend Uhaul get out of this area. Scary!!!Dave T.
U-Haul needs to fix the app. It is extremely slow at both locations that I was at. Great concept but the app is just way too slowMITCHELL O.
It would have been very helpful if the gas tank were filled. It was a little below half full, and I left it a little above what it was, but it was hard to estimate how much to put in. If if were full when I got it, I would have just had to fill the tank again.Mark G.

The store here is full of really cool stuff & the man behind the counter had to be one of the most pleasant, fully helpful, good guys with integrity I've dealt with in such a long time. first off Do You Haul came with 3/4 of a tank I spilled it up to the brim and got no money back I paid for a dolly $7 a day I think had no dolly in my truck and have yet to get any type of resolution. I also ordered Movers through uhaul website the movers were two hours late, took a hour to pack a 10foot truck left my mattress and dresser at my old apartment &left my couch all but one chair in the Uhaul. I'm a single woman 5'3 not very big at all in a vulnerable situationI was left to fend for myself because the movers wanted cash from me for them to unload my stuff out of the truck and into my new apartment I had to pay them out of my pocket another $80 and they still didn't finish moving my stuff then and to top it off the mover tried to sell me weed horrible experience I ended up spending 105 on the movers and additional 80 plus I bought them lunch (then had to extend my uhaul to hire more movers not through uhaul an additional 100) plus I was told I wasn't going to be charged for them to extend my U-Haul because of the experience and I must have been because there's no way for 2 days $100 could be the total price for my U-Haul being that I put more gas in it and I went all of five miles literally I spent $380 to move from one apartment another apartment in the exact same apartment complex I have a one-bedroom apartment I need to take off work because the movers screwed me instead of completing everything on time as I should have and have the truck back Sunday morning I had to take the truck back Sunday evening and miss work Monday because I have to finish cleaning my house I have anxiety and let me tell you I thought I prepared I thought I paid for everything I thought I planned everything out to avoid a anxiety attack well I thought wrongNicole G.

I returned equipment early and still haven't received my refundable deposir that was processed 3/26 . I spoke to managers , several representatives and was provided different information from all . I asked for a copy of calls still haven't been provided that and deposit still hasn't been returned !! The absolute worst experience ever !!!!Shandlier J.
