The truck ended up having a hole in the gas tank, no way of knowing until you filled the tank with gas. Looks like someone drilled a hole to steal the fuel. Bobby (both at the rental place and the gentleman who came to pick up the truck at the gas station) were very helpful and supportive. Good people. Highly recommend UHAUL based the support I received, including the individual on the roadside assistance I spoke with. Thank you.joe N.

The rental was not ready an hour before my scheduled pick up time as indicated should have been so on the 24-7 app, the worker was kind of rude, and I got screwed on the gas intake. Picked it up with just over 1/4 tank, filled it up myself, and then was charged additional when dripping off because the pick up location reported as full. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.Lindie C.

Well when I arrived to drop off equipment I had to wait 30-45 minutes for someone to accept the equipment. I understand family emergency's but there is always the option to inform people by a note or have someone take over till your returngrant M.

The buisness was supposed to open at 8am. The guy didn't show up until 8:30. There was no buisness information on the doors to contact anyone, so we had to wait on hold with customer service to find out what was going on. We had a deadline to meet and this did not help at all!! I was very disappointed. In addition, when he did show up and I walked into his facility it was disgusting and not professional at all. He had crap everywhere, which did not pertain to U Haul and was very dirty. When we returned the trailer the guy wasn't there again. He had mentioned he may not be and to call him when we return it, but I believe someone should be there. My mother just recently went through the same buisness and had similar issues as well. I am very disappointed and will never go back to that location ever again.christine B.
