Absolute trash all around the board. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone at pick up, wasn’t available to check out on the app because apparently the previous renter didn’t check it in. Called hometown cleaners, couldn’t even get a return call. Picked up anyway and took to Colorado, nobody seemed to know what to do. I dropped it off 2 days early and same thing, couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I randomly receive a call from the guy at majestic lube canon city weeks later telling me I’m super late returning. They tried to charge me again for the rental! Somewhere the communication is lacking, wish there was another rental service. Gonna have to rent another one and hoping someone is present to help explain the process so it isn’t a complete fucking shit show again. Thanks to Rachel at home smart for trying to put together the pieces of the mystery U-Haul trailer.

Unfortunately even though they are friendly here they are not well trained. Not only on how to complete the paperwork but important information like how long a rental period is. I thought I was renting a trailer for a whole day but ended up being charged for two rental periods because I wasn’t made aware that my rental period was only 6 hours. A time I could’ve easily had it back by if I known it. When I asked about it I was told “I would have to take that up with U-Haul” as if it’s not their problem. Disappointed and over charged, won’t be back for U-Haul or dry cleaning…
SEAN MThe staff is not trained on how to rent equipment. They were not prepared for my arrival or for the fact that I was from out of town. It took over 40 minutes for me to get the truck once I arrived to the location. In addition, their location on Google Maps (by name) takes you to a completely different location than what is their actual address. Once I received the truck, it was not officially rented to me, and the manager rented it to me on the back end. He ended up charging me for a protection fee that I had initially declined without my consent. I had to call and get this removed. Which he immediately agreed to. In their defense they are brand new to Uhaul renting, but they are not currently prepared or ready to rent vehicles / equipment to customers yet. They need much more training.
