No one was available to assist with the return and it didn't feel like a safe spot in the back of the hotel. Using the app for the retun was frustrating since I got kicked out several times. Tried the return process again and it said "could not find your reservation". Didn't get the assign box number to drop off the key so I dropped it off in the main key box.
