I rated it excellent because of the help I received from the store owner. I would rate the pickup process a 1. The location was a 24/7 location. Without the assistance of the store’s owner I could not have unlocked the key safe. The 24/7 key safe was difficult. I also had to enter verification information. This should have been done before I got there not while on site.

When I arrived to pick up the rental, I had to wait a long time before I was helped. Then there was a problem with the printer. Just appeared that they were not fully staffed and/or prepared. In addition, the area that this store was in was not very appealing. Very run downed and lots of pan handlers and what appeared to be homeless people around, somewhat scary.
