Honey Bee ## Totally Unprofessional ! She (Sherene) overcharged my debit card 50 miles AFTER I called Customer Service on her. * The truck was Filthy inside and the back as if it was used and never cleaned. * The smell of marijuana was so strong. Ashes , chicken crumbs on floor, candy paper, … just to name a few!! …. And had the audacity to refuse to give me another truck. She said she gotta get her cake ordered out and she couldn’t help me or get me another truck. I’m just saying go to another U-Haul don’t waste your time everything in this statement, I have video to prove.. Sherene (Honey Bee) is not checking the trucks nor equipment I Don’t Recommend

Jose LNo one at the location at the scheduled drop off time. Called and they said to just park the trailer in the grass and they would handle everything. Had to contact UHaul multiple times because my rental showed overdue even though it was returned a full day early. Then they tried to charge me for the extra days.

JEFFREY BThe business was open but no staff that would speak with us could be found. There were people on site, possible employees walking around outbuilding with strong odor of burnt marijuana. I decided to use the app and after several minutes searching, I found a drop box attached to a tree to leave keys in.
