Everything I. Ordered additionally I did not receive he said they didn’t have any blankets so he took that off the list put everything else he left on the list. None of what was on the truck. I called him from the truck after he sent me out in the field to find the thing by myself he also told me that they were a motorcycle shop and they weren’t going to be open on Monday because everybody in the world knows that motorcycle shops are never open on Monday. Comment made no sense to me, but obviously it was something sentimental to him, but anyway, I called him from the truck out in the field and I said hey the truck is empty. There’s nothing in here. They’re supposed to be two different kinds of dollies and a rolling platform blah blah blah. He’s like oh I think we got those inside over here, which is I’m like I had to sit and wait for him to do some kind of transaction with a motorcycle deal that took over an hour then finally he gave me the key to the truck. He just handed it to me. You know I showed him my ID and he gave me the keys and you know it’s like figured out for yourself told me to take a picture of the back of the thing I tried to send it to you people it didn’t work because there was no Internet service there when I came there to turn the thing that the truck in obviously they were closed. There was a box for her to put the key in that I had to hunt for cause it’s pretty big building and he just said it’s out front so anyway I did find it and then it had a thing I was supposed to scan which I did, but there was no Internet service there so therefore I couldn’t tell you that I so nonetheless, that was crap the whole thing truck ran fine, but the service was in the toilet.

Storm NI was informed the UHaul business was a new enterprise for this motor sports store so they were super slow and kept apologizing as they tried to get through all the inputting on the pad and computer. They’ll probably get the hang of it over time but next time we’ll drive to Odell to save time & aggravation.
Bruce RSuper helpful and kind. We had trouble with the app during the return but it all worked out in the end.
