Location could use better management to train on customer service, client interactions, personnel knowledge and ability to prep equipment correctly.

Storm NI was informed the UHaul business was a new enterprise for this motor sports store so they were super slow and kept apologizing as they tried to get through all the inputting on the pad and computer. They’ll probably get the hang of it over time but next time we’ll drive to Odell to save time & aggravation.
