At first the guy said they were not ready to do UHaul. I called Richmond and they called the guy who magically said they did have the truck. I ordered two dollies and blankets but none were there. It took over 90 minutes and I still had to call to do a checkout.

I had a reservation. The person called someone on the phone and filled out another reservation with the wrong drop off point. Took an extra hour and a half to get on the road. Very not happy.
Dennis AThe location owner seemed to not know what to do to help me so I was forced to figure everything out with U-Haul over the phone causing me to be 30 minutes late. The inside of the cargo area of the truck was not clean at all and was covered with dirt and hay making me have to clean my furniture after moving it out of the truck.
