Very rude and unprofessional. The location didn't have any of the equipment on my order. The truck was not clean. Had condom wrappers in the back with roaches crawling around. Representative did not correct the mileage on the vehicle at the time of pickup from a full tank to a half . Did not do a walk around of the truck to review for prior damage. When I ask if they had the blankets I ordered, she pointed to the back of the store and said they are in the backroom. You can get them yourself. I called the Area General manager but didn't receive a call back. I had to waste gas to go to other Uhaul stores in Augusta to find dollies. It took over 90 minutes to get 2 dollies from the Gordon Highway location because the rep was talking on their cellphone while assisting me. This is totally unacceptable.

Awful customer service. Computer was down so I had to write my mileage down on a piece of paper in which they charged the wrong mileage.

Since is not a U-Haul dealer not will to help take furniture pads or dollies out of truck. And because I was 3 hrs late they charged extra. Need to have a person at the drop off that can help. Clerk was ok to a point

Went to one on Davis Rd and they said overbooked and didn’t see a reservation. Had one. Was told to go to Wheeler rd. Attendant had to work my rental+ lottery tickets, food, candy, etc at gas station. One employee for everyone. Took forever. Wasn’t her fault.. Need more employees for a Saturday. Truck was parked two inches from another rental van and I luckily didn’t hit it. Rental was for 24 hours but I had to bring back in 5 hours and pay full price. Horrible experience.

clueless. No help to acquire of hookup car and dolly. It's only a gas station with a clerk. Clerk was kind but could do nothing for me.

They try to steal your money, make sure you take pics of starting and ending miles or they try to charge you $100 as apposed to $45, never using uhaul again even after they say they will credit you , have dispute charge now..

They didn’t have the truck I reserved. They gave me a smaller truck than I needed. My reservation was supposed to be for 24 hours and then I received a call 6 hours into my reservation with a full truck load asking if I was on my way to return the truck. They had given me someone else’s truck and was told I was going to be charged late fees because of their mistake. If this is the way Uhaul runs their business, I’m done using their services.

The person behind the desk was not friendly at all. We went in the store before to reserve . When we arrived back the next day.. she had failed to tell us steps to do online. So, this took almost another hour. She was very rude.

The equipment was not inspected and checked before it was given to the customer. This was a hazard due to iin-operable such as the fuse for the 12 volt power adapter in the vehicle and the lights on the trailer.

This location did not have their ducks in a row. Their computer system was on the fritz and would not cooperate. I had to do everything essentially on my phone in order to not wait there another 20 minutes. I had requested 30 furniture pads and an auto transport, they did not have a single furniture pad and the auto transport was not there at the time. Not only did this location severely impede me packing the truck to protect my stuff but they also put an extreme amount of stress my elderly father-in-law to drive the vehicle that I was suppose to tow behind the truck for 9 hours. This location put nothing but stress on me and my family. They completely ruined out moving out experience. This is impacted my relationship with UHaul very much.

The service agent was very friendly and did her best to help us with our rental. She was the only positive part of this experience. Unfortunately, the truck was not clean, with old cigarette buts on the floorboards. The Back of the U-Haul was dirty as well. The Appliance dolly we had reserved online was nowhere to be found (Another renter and I were both looking in the facility's storage room and other U-Haul trucks, as he had reserved one as well that was unavailable). Despite my pre-Registering everything online (except for the Driver's License photo), It took us almost an hour to complete the registration process at the counter because of computer difficulties (I was the first person in-line when I arrived). Overall, this was a terrible U-Haul experience, and I will be using a different service with my next move.

Computer was down and delayed pick up about an hour. Also failure to put rented equipment on truck and the truck was 40 miles away before realizing the equipment was not on truck—-then not willing to take time to locate a closer place to pick up equipment. Not good service

1 sales clerk to handle uhaul & convenience store sales - uhaul suffers. Pads & dolly not loaded: I had to go in back and load myself. Store printer broke no paper copy.

This location is a convenience store. I had to wait for the clerk to stop my contract numerous times, so she could ring up store customers. She was rude, argued with customers, and did NOT help me get hooked up. PATHETIC!!!!

Back to back booking does not allow for any chance of accidents happening. Rather than work with you, they threaten to charge you for another day.

I desperately needed an appliance dolly- which I reserved on my order only to arrive and be told they were out! Then I had a mishap, and was late by 90 minutes which totaled 19.5 hours and was charged DOUBLE.
