Reserved a 15 ft truck, and was told they had one. When I got there to pick it up, they told me they had no such truck. They said I could go somewhere else or take a 20 ft truck, which was WAY too big for what I needed. Employee acted inconvenienced by having to help me. Terrible experience overall.

The original pick up was in grovetown, 9 am. When I arrived the truck had not been returned and I did not receive a call. I was told to wait an hour for it to get there. I explained that I had already scheduled a moving company to load it at 10 a.m.. So I waited for a txt msg on where to pick up my supplies. The Wheeler road location was more focused on paying gas customers then completing my process. They originally said that they did not have any dollys or furniture blankets. The owner incorrectly charged my card and proceeded to double swipe it AFTER I confirmed with the bank and received a transaction code proving the money had been acquired. His language barrier prevented him from adequately communicating with the accounting representative SO I EXPLAINED the situation to the agent allowing her to locate the funds and step by step aiding the Wheeler road rep on how to perform an offline transaction. I ultimately didn't retrieve my items until after 11 am. The movers still charged me for the hour I wasn't there. I received the txt msg on the return login and was greeted by Ann agitated owner who explained that I couldn't just come and drop of equipment. I explained to her that the txt msg assigned my vm contact to her. Ultimately she refused to accept my return and sent me to her competitor

I should not have to walk outside and inspect my own truck and take pictures of my mileage and the gas hand. There is no reason for an attitude when I state “Aren’t we supposed to inspect it?” I have given this location plenty of chances and every experience after another has not been great at all. I work in customer service and I would never treat my customer like this.

The lady helping me was very rude. This location is a gas station and when people came in she would stop what she was doing and go to them. When people came in for lottery tickets she would go to them. Picking up my truck was not a priority. I will never rent there again. The lady was very rude and made my husband and myself very uncomfortable

You need a space for overall review. Our experience with UHaul overall was excellent, from making a reservation for attaching a trailer hitch, to its installation, picking up the trailer, driving 800 miles in 16 hours—without problems, and delivering the trailer in Georgia, thank you!!!

Trailer was old and rusty. The rep at HopnGo seemed annoyed that I needed help hitching the trailer. I had never done this before. She was too busy with the gas station customers to help me.

Sad that they had only one newly hired clerk on duty at 6:30p on Friday, 12/15/17 who was not trained to complete the rental transaction. Many other customers in line after us walked out since it took so long. She called someone on the phone who supposedly completed everything, but still no contract was generated. They gave me the keys to a vehicle with no rental contract, stating that it would be sent to my email. I returned it on Saturday, 12/16 and was told that there was no record of me picking the van up on Friday, 12/15. The clerk had to check it out and check it back in again. Poor business practices.

Had to wait 50+ minutes in line because of lack of employees. Employee stated they are forced to do store side first, then they can attend to UHAUL customers. The only reason I came to this location was to pick up the last remaining tow dolly in Augusta at the time. And upon returning the tow the next afternoon. When I dropped it off and went inside to confirm the drop off, store owner was arguing quite loudly with another person and wasn't very concerned about his image. I have him the paper with my Informstion on it and he said he would take care of it and asked me to leave. I get a call the following Monday from Uhaul asking if I had returned the tow dolly. In other words, the owner did not do anything with my information. Poor expirece, poor customer service on his location.

Reserved a10' truck and assured it would not be a problem However we were stuck with a 15' truck Leaving 85% of the truck empty!!! We had to use empty tubs to keep items from rolling NEVER AGAIN because they told us that they can never guarantee a certain size truck!!!! THEN WHY DID I BOTHER RESERVING???????

I did not get the truck I ordered. You should let people know when they aren't getting what they ordered. Tried to use the mobile app and it wouldn't work because you changed my order. The truck I got didn't have cruise control!!! The truck is a gas hog!!!
