Reserved a10' truck and assured it would not be a problem However we were stuck with a 15' truck Leaving 85% of the truck empty!!! We had to use empty tubs to keep items from rolling NEVER AGAIN because they told us that they can never guarantee a certain size truck!!!! THEN WHY DID I BOTHER RESERVING???????

I did not get the truck I ordered. You should let people know when they aren't getting what they ordered. Tried to use the mobile app and it wouldn't work because you changed my order. The truck I got didn't have cruise control!!! The truck is a gas hog!!!

You all sent me to a location that didn't have what I ordered and I had to go to two locations to rent items. THE LOCATION I requested HAD EVERYTHING and you all said they didn't! I think I deserve a discount and a percentage refunded for that!

Was charged for the 2nd time for insurance after it was denied online at reservation: than after calling the 800 # and being told the representative should take it off she told me she couldn't. Called in a put in a complaint / review and haven't heard anything yet

Should not be told that you can use a credit or debit card to hold payment. A debit card does not put payment on hold. It takes the payment out immediately.

This was incompetence to the fullest. This company(Hop N Go) failure to check the trailer, hook it up, and provide me with accurate information about renting this U-Haul, cause me to be stranded for several hours in NC due to them failing to do their job. The U-Haul representative offered to take $47.00 off a my bill(Really, that was a slap in the face, when your employees or dealers caused me and my family to miss our destination by several hours). I returned your trailer the next day and you still charge me over $265.00 minus $47.00 for a one day rental, after I was told by your employees that my bill will be reduced if I turned it in early, only to find out by your representative that your employee didn't know what they was talking about. I have been loyal to U-Haul, however, I didn't get the same kind loyalty back. Thanks a lot U-Haul. However, you Technician was great, your road assistance personal was great and your return location employees was great, but your company should do a better job when the customer clearly didn't get you professional expertise help or sympathy. Thanks a lot

If you want to wait 45 minutes to turn in a trailer that you have already paid for while the young lady at the counter sells lottery ticket and power drinks to everyone that buy a gallon of gas, this would be your place to rent a uhaul. Pickup was pretty fast, but this store is very understaffed for the amount of business that it does. I used them because they were close. But I could have gone to about 3 or 4 other uhaul place in the amount of time it took for me to drop off the trailer. After a hot day moving two girls out of their college apartments I was tired, hot and ready to get home. NOT STAND AT THE BACK OF THE LINE behind everyone that came in after me.

I've rented trucks here multiple times and the experience is always good but they have a new girl that took forever to check me out, the truck was dirty, and the gas on the truck was less than the gas on the contract. When I told her she said that she didn't know how to fix it in the system.

Only had one staff member to handle all the U-Haul AND gas station requirements. Although the employee was very friendly/helpful, she continued to comment on how the new computer system was difficult/different, which made everything take longer. More personnel are needed at this location.

They were short on packing blankets. The bag I received only had 6 instead of 12.

This was the absolute worst Uhaul experience I have ever had. The gas station was very poorly managed. There was only one employee. We waited 15 minutes for her to start helping us. Then when she did start helping, she stopped and helped every other customer that came up. It took 45+ min for us to get through the process with her. After printing the receipt and going outside to look for the trailer, she saw that the only trailer they had did not match receipt. She called the manager and then insisted that we take that trailer with a non-matching receipt. When we asked her to reprint the receipt with the correct info, she refused and would only write the correct number in pen and initial the receipt. The trailer was heavily damaged and there was no way for us to comment on the damage before taking possession of the trailer. This facility was not prepared for Uhaul transactions and the staff was not trained in the slightest. There was no sense of customer service and we were obviously the least important customers there.
