I brought the trailer back, went inside the convenience store to check in the trailer. Guy behind the counter looked at his phone for a couple minutes and said I was good to go. Did not come out to check the trailer and did not get me a receipt. Fortunately, my son was able to go back two days later to see that they checked it in properly. I didn’t realize I should have used the mobile app. But I won’t use that pig sty if I rent again.

WILLIAM SI had a reservation for a 6x12 Trailer at 134 Davis Rd. and when I went to pickup I was told they did not have that equipment there and was sent to 4 DIFFERENT U-HAUL locations since my reservation was NOT honored and had to find a 15’ truck whereever it was available. When we found one at 3755 Wheeler rd the attendant was alone attending the U haul reservations and gas station sales at the same time. It took 45min to get my truck and be able to leave. A 9am reservation I had for a trailer ended being a 10:45am last minute truck haul. Horrible experience and would not recommend anyone to go with a Uhaul. Alsoo paid a lot more than I wanted to and has to pay by the miles I drove which would not have happened with the trailer.

James WThe truck seemed to be sluggish and would not pick up speed. I called to inform and was told to make sure the parking brake was not on and to be told the truck was fine. The private rental agent was impersonal and didn’t ask if I wanted to pay with cash he automatically charged my card and told me “You can go , you will get an email. I had no idea what my total bill amount was and he said it’s in the email. This explains why he was the only U-Haul with available trucks on a Friday evening.
