The cab smell like marijuana and the back of the truck was dirty and had a strong animal odor. However, I was pleased with the host and customer service at that location.

james C.Equipment needs to be better maintained. Tail lights on driver side were dysfunctional even though the employee who helped to hook up said it was fine. Upon turn in, employee told us no additional charges will be added then an extra day was charged. Very disappointed with this experience.

The only other equipment they had there were the small hauling trailers; which is really all the space can accommodate. Although I dropped the truck off Wednesday evening it wasn't entered into the system until today; causing me to be overcharged $40 for an additional day. Thank you

chris B.Reserved moving pads online and also checked with Hope Mills Auto to make sure they would be available. Went to pick up the truck and they only had 6 pads. Had to drive to 4 different locations to get them. All on our "moving day". Not a happy camper!
jonn H.The clerk told us we could return the trailer at the location near our residence in Virginia, but apparently that was bad info. Not only was the return not credited when the trailer was returned, my card was charged nearly $100 more than I contracted for. I won't make the mistake of using this facility again.
