Reserved blankets and appliance cart were not present. I called ahead to confirm. Contract said 1/4 tank of fuel. Truck was virtually empty and had warning on instrument panel about only 21 miles of range

Location was fine, the online reservation experience was horrible. Vehicle was supposed to be in elizabethtown, not there. Then supposed to be in Hope Mills, not there. Then a 3rd location had it. I had to pay for the gas?? Waste my time?? Never using uhaul again unless I get a BIG credit towards this trip.

JAMES GThe location did not provide dolly and blanket despite I ordered. I was not informed in advance about lack of these requirements. This has nothing to do with truck location, but U-Haul itself, the moving helpers I hired from U-Haul website started asking more money in the middle of moving. I did not answer their request. As a result, they damaged walls and harshly carry my furniture.I felt blackmailed and insecure and gave them more money.
