Overall it was good. However, my name wasn’t attached to the new truck, only a confirmation number and the staff wouldn’t allow me to take the truck until the owner arrived to update. I had to wait about 15-20 minutes. They were sympathetic about it though.

MICHAEL KEverything was ready for us when we arrived, staff explained everything professionally, we were done moving and returned the vehicle an hour early as well with the tank full. It only took $12 to fill up, as our move was only 15 minutes away from the other property. Thanks to all involved with our process, definitely will recommend this location to everyone.

GABINO CUnfortunately we were charged for 42 miles when we only drove 17 miles. We uploaded the pictures via the text provided. But they couldn't see our pictures. So for 2 hours and 17 miles I was charged 92.00. Completely unexceptable.
SHEA CI only have 2 comments: a. The inside of the truck smelled so bad- it took your breath away. b. The cost was extremely high

Anthony CPrices are too high! The truck was over 3 hours late and not there when I arrived on time to pick it up. I dropped it off on time and was charged almost triple my quote. Also, I couldn’t drop off the truck near my new home like I was allowed to put in the online application. I has to bring it back to the same location. Despite all this, the gentlemen at ACE hardware were very kind and apologetic.

JOSEPH RWhen I picked up the truck, it reeked of cigarette smoke and the truck was dirty. It had an estimated miles left before empty and when I returned it, it was 73 miles to empty, therefore it was returned with more gas yet I was charged a$30.00 fuel charge. I also returned this truck clean unlike how it was at time of pickup. Never had any issues with UhAul before this. I want my money returned to my credit card for the fuel and cleaning fee. Absolutely ridiculous and will NEVER return to this location or shop the Ace itself after this horrible experience renting a truck! So pissed off!!

STEVEN MI did not get any paperwork for rental, I didn't know the drop off location was changed when I changed my rental day.
BARBARA B$25 cleaning fee is complete scam and bullshit. The truck was not dirty, nor was it "cleaned" And while it may (or may not) be buried in fine print, we were never informed of this. And I have never been charged this before, total bullshit scam !! I will avoid your company in the future when possible

William LSomeone clicked that it was damaged when returned. We had to call HR to dispute it. Now we have to wait for 200 dollar reimbursement. We are in the middle of moving. Family of 7. We didn't need to have more money taken from us and now have to wait for it back. Very upset about it and the boy needs to be fired because apparently he is new and didn't know what he was doing. That's not Ok!

GARY MUhaul can fix their products. I had to drive with the back door open because the wheel was off and deserve a refund! This was horrible! I had to make multiple trips and incur additional miles because of your broken equipment.

Carlos RThe 10ft truck I used had 3 maintenance issues and was the only one available to me. If I was going a longer distance and had broken down, it would not have been a good situation. I hope someone fixed the vehicle for the next renter.

john bI called customer service and they advised me I wouldn’t be charged a extra day and I still was charged for a extra day! Which is very unfair and I was mislead by the agent.
Melany GI was charged $111.00 to rent the truck for 4 hours and traveled only 40 miles. I find this to be overpriced and unacceptable being that it would have been the same price to rent for 24 hours and only had it for 4. No one is willing to change the price for me. Will think twice before renting with UHaul again!

Ashley CTruck brakes were bad, windshield wipers didn't work.and it rained during my move..seat wouldn't move forward.. couldn't touch pedals..had to sit on edge of seat to drive and check engine light was on the whole move...not a safe vehicle...then you charge me double for dollie and pads and for gas ...I put exactly back what I used...never use Uhaul again..
Mackie WThe driver side visor shade was missing the catch fitting, so it kept dangling down—very annoying. Also, I believe I was overcharged for gasoline. I traveled only 19 miles and was charged for 4 gallons of gas! Is it reasonable that this 10 ft box truck gets only 4.75 mpg?? Peter Sartorius
