The people are nice, but the truck needed maintenance. And when I returned the truck, I filled the gas a bit over what I rented it as and then I was charged $55 for a gas fee. When I went to the location the next morning to look at it. One of the employees showed me the gas and it was at way less than what it was when I returned it. I even have pictures of it.

The staff was awesome! However, the truck lacked sufficient headlights to drive at night and probably needed adjustment. Also, the stereo could not be used for GPS or music; it was very basic and better suited for local hauls. Other than that, it got me where I needed to go.
Matthew BTruck was clean and easy to pickup and drop-off in the big parking lot. Staff at the customer service in the ACE was helpful and friendly too. They knew what they had to do, which is not always the case with those third party spots. Would use again if I need a truck in Cape Coral.
Xavier PEquipment was fine but employee was not. I had called about early pick up and upon arrival Michael had an attitude because we came early even though we called. He deflected every comment to blame us as the customer. After checkout he handed us the key and said the truck is somewhere outside: when we said there were many other locations we could rent from his response was “good, go somewhere else then.” This is not a U-Haul issue this is an Ace Hardware issue.
