Absolutely no U-Haul signage at this location. No designated “return†area. No “U-Haul†designations in the store, Ace Hardware, either. The lady at the checkout counter directed me to “the paint counter.†The person at the paint counter asked for the key, which I went out to retrieve from the rental. When I returned, she directed me to move the truck “over by the palm trees.†TERRIBLE, UNHELPFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL. U-Haul is better than this!!!!
