I made a reservation for a truck and a dolly and when I picked up the truck there was no dolly. So I was stuck last minute with a truck and no dolly to move the heavy furniture. I went back believing it was there mistake and all he said was oh thats why we didnt charge you for it, we dont have one at this location. Last minute I could not find anyone to help. So I packed up the truck and drove my son back to help with the heavy furniture. I want my money back for the extra mileage. I should have been told the furniture dolly was not available prior to picking up the truck,
