Definitely recommend this location, it's small and doesn't look like a whole lot but the service is great! Easy check out under 8 mins and easy return with no issues. I was charged for miles I did not use. On 11/21/21 I received the Uhaul truck on empty, I put a little less than a quarter of a tank of gas in and returned the truck with gas in it. I drove the truck approximately 20mls. totalMELANIE T.

I would recommend this location only based on the convenience of the location and that's it. The truck need maintenance, there was no antifreeze in the truck when we picked it up and there was no gas in the truck either so once we picked the truck up we had to do both, but the location did reimburse us for the gas and the antifreeze but I would have preferred if those things where already in placeLATEESHA C.

The truck was infested with ants. I was getting bit while driving. The delivery guys at Macy's grabbed the black strap and ants covered his hands. My BRAND NEW LEATHER FURNITURE HAS ANTS ALL OVER IT. I CAN'T SPRAY IT WITH RAID. When I made my reservation it said GUARANTEED or I would get paid $50. The uhaul I reserved from was nice but didn't have a truck. They sent me to a location that added 28 miles to my trip. The first uhaul said the second could adjust the mileage. The second said he didn't know how. Also, because of the location of the second trip it added an hour to my trip. I reserved for 1:00 to make a 2:30 pickup reservation. I arrived on time to my uhaul. I didn't make it to my appointment until 3:30. This was a reschedule because the week before I missed my appointment because the uhaul systems were completely down and I had to wait over an hour for my RESERVED rental. I called customer service about both issues. The rep talked to me for awhile, said she was getting a manager to help. She was extremely nice and understanding. Somehow my call was picked up to start over with the rudest person ever. I don't typically need to use this type of service, but I just needed a QUICK furniture pickup. At this point I am totally disgusted with uhaul. I will not use it as an option in the future.SABRENA P.

We did self-drop off due to our hectic move in situation. I could not get through to this office to verify any details after calling multiple times. I then spoke to a wonderful, kind agent after waiting for at least 20 annoying minutes. She gave me details for checking in. My husband and I watched the self drop off video several times. However when it came to the actual online process we could not get past the location services step for love or money!!!. As a last resort had to download Chrome and finally were able to complete the steps. This was after almost 2 hours sitting on the roadside at night missing dinner in the truck trying every trick in the book. This step is not clear, your system is not set up for those who do not have this on their phones. My husband is tech-savvy and we still struggled for a drop off that supposedly was to only take 15 minutes. After driving cross country, the stress of moving with an unfamiliar 26 foot truck plus an auto tow, being on the road without much sleep for 3 days, hassling with where to park at each hotel and then not being able to drop off without again struggling for 2 more hours was a night mare. Even though the clerk assisted us when he finally showed up, please have correct vehicle in location and be ready for use. Scheduled time was 10:00 AM, because everything was incorrect, vehicle was checked out until 10:53 AM. Also please place no smoking signs in vehicles. The first thing the guy said was this the location U-Haul told us to bring it to ,car dolly. i said no this was the only one open near me.,Most of the equipment was parked outsida of the gate on the side of the road I had to find a spot where my truck and the car dolly would fit.I will never go to this location again.JASON H.
Although I had to call customer service because the owner wasn't there at my scheduled pickup time he did arrive 5-10 minutes after I hung up. The area is a little sketchy if leaving your vehicle overnight...so don't! But the owner did go above and beyond by finding me a dolly for my move. He and the other guy were extremely nice and personable, they sanitized everything (pen, ID scan pad, truck, etc) and the truck drop off was easy and fast. This location was not really convenient for me. There was no where for me to park my personal vehicle safely as it is very close to the four-lane highway. This is a business that sells cars and their lot was full. I had to park a little bit down the street, in a grassy area where I could safely get out of the vehicle. There were at least three others closer to me including a large Uhaul facility.. On-line check-in went smooth. Check-in at the location was good and the agent was friendly and helpful. I had requested a hand truck but none were available. I was offered an appliance hand truck but it would not have worked well for what I needed to do which was to load and unload boxes. There were ants in the truck. Likely because it was parked in a sandy area and we had a lot of rain recently. The inside was not really clean which may explain the ant infestation as well. I sprayed for ants with a multi insect aerosol and cleaned the cab as best as i could with what I had. There was still evidence of beverage spillage in the truck.Eugene F.
