My truck check engine light came on while driving, and I had a nail in the tire. Ended up having to switch trucks on the way to move my things. The codes were numerous and the truck needed to be serviced.

I ask for a receipt after I drop off the truck he said he would email me the receipt then he charge me for mileage. If he would have read the contract it said unlimited mileage or up to 1000 mileage. So I'm very disappointed and pissed off that the Uhual company would Over charge me For mileage and the truck was horrible.

It was so convenient and the staff were great. Good customer service and as I was entering, he was spraying the reception area down with Lysol due to Covid 19. That was so good to see.

The process was good and easy. But when I hit in the car to see the check engine light on. I was dissatisfied. Then the car kept feeling like it was going to cut off and randomly slowing down while driving. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone if they have to drive like a nervous wreck like I did.

Had to park the vehicle in the dark in a grass lot off the property. Not enough room on the lot to park the vehicle. It was after hours. Location is also located just a few feet off a busy road

I picked up my truck and did not receive my dolly. I requested it o line and it was on my contract. I paid for the dolly at a different location as instructed by corporate. I did not receive a refund for this after customer service stated that they took care of it.

I booked by truck online about 30 mins before I picked it up. Barry was onsite and greeted me when I arrived. He explained all the charges and answered all my questions. I would certainly use this location again.

Be able to deliver what is advertised for customers. I was told by Derrick that I would be compensated for the inconvenience of not having the truck I originally reserved. I will not recommend anyone to rent from this company.

The Truck was raggedy however that has nothing to do with the business. The truck was previously recked or damaged. This was explained to me and since there were no other trucks and I needed to be on time to where I had to be I took it. The truck was clean. The Trucks Tow light stayed on and we could not get it off we didn't know that part. The business owner was very nice and helpful and I would rent from him in the future.

My issue is with Uhaul the company I called my reservation in and when I went to get the truck It wouldn't come up from 11 to 12:20 I was in the heat for what was supposed to be quick and easy. I then called which took 2 calls and an hour wait and was told I would be compensated and it would be free. The next day I arrived early 1 hour to return and I called cust serv and the MANAGER was debating with me on what was said and I had to demand she listen to the entire call to hear him say free she was argumentative and even tho it was proven she only covered 22.00 of my rental IT WAS NOT FREE AS PROMISED FOR MY TROUBLE AND AFTER THE NEXT DAYS EVENTS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN.. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET THAT YOUR MANAGER TREATED ME THIS WAY.sHE WOULD RATHER LIE ABOUT LISTENING TO THE ENTIRE CALL THAN PROVIDE RESOLUTION I said I will wait all day until you do and she still didn't fix it
