The self-serve instructions were inadequate as there was no indication that there were two sets of key lockers, a set at eye-level with a numbered keypad lock and one below eye-level with a lettered lock. In addition, lock to the back hatch was rusted which caused it to catch and the door to open no further than a fraction. Determining the cause of the inoperable door caused a delay in my departure time, knocking off the remainder of the day. However, the worst infraction was the truck was infested with ants. At time of unloading, ants could be observed moving out of the crevices of the truck with eggs into my belongings.
