There was not a clerk on duty. I filled the gas tank over the amount I picked it up. And was still charged a 30.00 for gas surcharge and 12.50 for fuel put in. I held up my agreement to drop off with the same amount of fuel and they ripped me off because there was no one there during drop off.

Contrary to the location where I rent the storage that the lady, named Tammy was unprofessional. Looks like she problem with Hispanic people.

RODNEY DEquipment comment : Running lights on trailer right inoperative. Not part of the pre trip light check. Rear door not happy with 11 degree temperature -16 wind chill. Perhaps dryslide type lubricant would be helpful. Location: Awesome service at point of pick up. Very pleased.
