Rosalina RThe place I picked up the trailer from very nice. I reserved an enclosed trailer to go one way as it was a 3 hour trip. Not only was in not enclosed but they did not have any one way. So I had to drive 6 hours extra round trip to drop off the trailer.

rose dOur son was moving from Wisconsin to Idaho. When we were unloading the trailer, we discovered the trailer hitch had not been secured. As we moved the last of the load to the rear of the trailer, the tongue came off the ball. It's a miracle that it never came loose while he was traveling.

HAROLD YI never give a 5/ 10 star for anything. They thought were renting moving blankets & other stuff. That was not what we ordered/ Reserved. Overall it was Good.

Ryan SThe Location had an additional lock on the back of the truck that was not part of the 24/7 rental option. There was a local farmer that was able to find a piece of paper inside the office that had the code. Otherwise we would not have been able to use the truck. We also ordered a dozen furniture pads and only had one bag of them that said 6 but only had 5 inside. There was also a dolly in the truck tied up and it ended up taking up valuable space as we did not want it and were not going to use it. We also had several issues with the app and the 24/7 process. We never got to confirm that furniture pads were in the back or the mileage and fuel level of the truck. We also did not like that we had to call 2 different people to confirm we were trying to rent a truck. It took over an hour to start the rental process which could have been valuable rental time.

Terry B$20 fee for a $19 trailer rental because location was closed when returning. Only had to drop the trailer in the lot. Quite the rip-off!

Curtis HTruck was covered in snow/ice and owner confirmed it hadn’t been started since the summer. Otherwise good, the owner came out and helped brush snow off and directed us when dropping it off.
Dillon MNever....never...get a 10ft truck! It costs twice as much as you have to run multiple trips and the miles will make it too expensive! I rented the 15 foot a few weeks ago and it cost me 1/2 what the 10 ft did as it had more floor space and the ceiling height was higher. I like this location as the people are great, but if I need a rental again and they don't have a 15 ft available I will go elsewhere to keep my costs down.

Todd P6x12 trailer only had an opening of about 4.5 feet. Couldn't fit utv inside that opening. Should be some kind of disclaimer stating this!

Carol Pfacilities and equipment are fine - rental proceedures and customer service at the 800 number are lacking - they made a bad situation worse -
