Easy to drive and was thankful it had a ramp
kelly pThe owner is a very VERY rude . Asked me to come back so he could get the U-Haul ready in 30 minutes. Fine OK came back. Still wasn’t ready. I don’t know what he was “” getting ready because it wasn’t clean. He told me that I had to sweep it out, he was rude as heck he told me. I was lucky he was even doing this for me like what ? It’s a business. NEVER AGAIN !

Patsy NMake sure you have the rental that was reserved. Don't charge gas for what you didn't use. I was told bring back on 3/4 tank I did, but then got charged for gas.
SHEILA TThis was the first time that I’ve gotten the U-Haul with a large fold down door/ramp!!! It was very helpful to have the ramp to easily guide my items in and out!!! I highly recommend this U-Haul!!!
JEANNE MWe were charged for 8 gallons of gas even though we left exactly the same amount of gas as when we picked it up.

Brad CCan of truck smelled like marijuana and had seeds in the cup holders, Terri the clerk did not do a very good job charged me for not refueling then when I mentioned I’d photographed the gas hand while sitting on level ground she changed her mind. Gives U-Haul a bad name.

Thea VU-Haul website would not load for the man and we had to call in the information. There were 2 other people behind me for U-Haul pickup and we had to give our card information out verbally. That made me uncomfortable, but otherwise it was good.

don kThe gentleman who assisted me was quite sexist and very slow to process my information and paperwork. I felt uncomfortable.
Tammy HThe gentleman who assisted me was sexist. He made comments about how the “girl” who usually handles the “computer work” was at lunch. It took him several minutes to get my order processed. In the mean time, other customers were in the area and made comments about where I was moving, which made me uncomfortable. Near the end of the check in process, the gentleman said “if I can figure this out, maybe I oughta put on a pair of high heels and run the computer stuff”.

Aaron BReceptionist was appalled by everything that went wrong with "my reservation". Kept apologizing, even though I told her nothing was her responsibility. Shame on you not holding up your responsibilities as a reliable company!

Christine JI was seriously overcharged by a rude, overly assuming worker whom kept blaming miscommunication on a "slow" computer I was charged 194.00 the first day for the smallest truck at 29.95 daily rate.. plus milage she seemed to know more about than me and how many trips it would take me. I was completely convinced fir that price it had to be for the two days I had REQUESTED.. I was called on the shortly after the first 24 hours were up and told I was two hours late. I HAD to have the truck back by 8 the next morning.. I had previously agreed to that..I was also notified that I would be charged for another day.. I felt if that's so.. I should have the truck until 2:40 p.m. that afternoon making the most of my payment.. I took the truck back at 3:00 a.m.in the morning to ensure the 8.00 a.m. "agreement "" being a middle aged woman , alone.. I put myself in a bad situation.. as not to be charged.. I received an alert the next morning that they had charged ANOTHER 135.00 TO MY CARD.. for a day and a half rental.. that was extremely high..even if I had been late.. in my opinion I wasnt.. I tried to call twice to know what was charged and no answer.. she knew it was my number and didn't answer on purpose is my belief..I will never rent from this facility again..
