Did not have a two wheel appliance dolly. Had to wait for over an hour for them to find a dolly. The dolly was on the reservation
Glenn SMake sure the truck is cleaned. The drivers area floor was muddy and when I opened the back there was mud all over the floor. It wouldn't be as much of an issue except all over the truck is notices of if not cleaned there would be a $25 charge
George PU-Haul website was down when I was trying to turn in my rental, needs improvement for that to not happen. Not the garage’s fault, just the company website.
