There is nothing that you have to improve on, because the staff and the service they provided was outstanding. That includes both the in person staff on site and the online customer service department staff, Ashley. . I will certainly be using U Haul for all of my moving needs.

Larry VEverything was GREAT at this location, they had stools to rest your bottom on.
Danny eDid not have a two wheel appliance dolly. Had to wait for over an hour for them to find a dolly. The dolly was on the reservation
Glenn SMake sure the truck is cleaned. The drivers area floor was muddy and when I opened the back there was mud all over the floor. It wouldn't be as much of an issue except all over the truck is notices of if not cleaned there would be a $25 charge
