There was nowhere to really park a 26 foot long truck, so I had to park it across parking spots. Also, there should be a trash can to dispose of any leftover trash/ boxes. If I’m paying $300+ for a truck, at least have a place to be able to ensure the truck is cleaned out.

Good service when i pick up in opelousas,, Really bad service in houma grand calliou that bich was only an her stupid phone so I tell her can u come out and see what condition I returned the dolly othwr way she no get her fat ass to going out side poor service I give her -0

Terrible management. Had some lady filling in for the someone, and she had no clue what was going on. Manager was in a camper a few spots back from the office, but was no help. Asked about appliance dolly that should have been in the truck and the response was, we don’t have any, you’ll have to go to another location for that. The whole rental process is a joke, and it took Me about 3hrs before I had everything sorted out. Would not recommend renting from here.

The uhaul app did not work for me for the first 2 hours. I had to contact support number to give e me the code to unlock the self pick up. The app is terrible. Will not use it again. Also uhaul needs to update there list of in service location. I selected a location for pick up o ly to find out the buisness no longer existed.

I’m happy the lady at this location was able to serve me. I had ordered a truck through the phone number with U-Haul and it was canceled without my knowledge. U-Haul has horrible service when you talk to the customer service on the phone‘s and I doubt that I would ever call in again to do any type of business with them. Again thanks to the lady at this location for salvaging our weekend

We reserved a month in advance due to moving out of state. There was no upcoming calls of availability for uhauls in our area. They mentioned that they were no trucks available because they were all reserved. When I asked how the trucks were reserved versus us doing the same process and it is not reserved they had no answer. Due to already paying three plane tickets for our family members to help us move we had to demand a truck. The Metairie location was not helpful until the end where they said they had a truck available in Houma, but just assumed we wouldn’t go there. We picked up the truck in Houma to have it smell completely like weed and cigarettes. The lady was apologetic and tried to clean it, but all of our items smelled like weed. Since this was our only option we persisted on, even though it was obvious this truck was used to transport drugs. Due to the lack of process or explanation what the difference between us doing the reservations a month in advance and other reservations, we will not be coming back.
