Sam provides excellent customer service. My truck had a smell from a recent rental due to no fault of Sam but he made sure to correct the issue and made everything great! Great customer service goes a long way!

Everything was perfect with this pick up site. However, I initially made reservation at Bell's Appliance location at 410 Broad St., Sumter but my reservation was moved to House of Beauty because Bells did not have right size truck. I was very happy my reservation was moved to House of Beauty because your agent at Bell's Appliance was extremely rude to me and to the other customers in his store. He was not helpful at all and acted as though I was bothering him when I came in person to inquire about reserving a UHaul truck. Bells Appliance = 0 or maybe 1 star. Sam at House of Beauty = 5 stars.
Warren CWhen I arrived the location was closed with just a note on the door saying be back tomorrow. Made it more difficult to pick up the truck. But thankfully the uhual customer service team on the phone were amazing and helped me access the truck without the people inside.
