Vaughan WThe owner charged me a cleaning fee, and the trailer was already dirty and was returned the way it was picked up. The owner reported in the claim to U-Haul that there was blood all over the transport trailer, which is bogus. Do not use this vendor for U-Haul rentals!

Vaughan WI went to the location twice, first around 2:00 pm and again around 6:00 pm, trying to find a way to return the equipment. I even had to ask people nearby for help to either park the truck or make enough space for the truck and trailer to be received. I also contacted U-Haul customer service for assistance, but unfortunately, the service I received was very poor and did not resolve the situation. This entire experience was stressful and completely unnecessary. When customers are traveling long distances, U-Haul should make sure the equipment is properly prepared and that the return location is actually equipped to safely receive the truck and trailer. I expected much better service and support.
RAMONA AThe website didn't properly indicate inventory. I wanted a car trailer and no one in Sumter SC had one listed. I reserved a car dolly instead. When I arrived to pick it up, there were 2 car trailers on the lot. Dealer arranged for me to get the trailer quickly and easily. I would definitely use this dealer again and recommend to others. Smooth transaction.

Daryl CEverything was perfect with this pick up site. However, I initially made reservation at Bell's Appliance location at 410 Broad St., Sumter but my reservation was moved to House of Beauty because Bells did not have right size truck. I was very happy my reservation was moved to House of Beauty because your agent at Bell's Appliance was extremely rude to me and to the other customers in his store. He was not helpful at all and acted as though I was bothering him when I came in person to inquire about reserving a UHaul truck. Bells Appliance = 0 or maybe 1 star. Sam at House of Beauty = 5 stars.
Warren CWhen I arrived the location was closed with just a note on the door saying be back tomorrow. Made it more difficult to pick up the truck. But thankfully the uhual customer service team on the phone were amazing and helped me access the truck without the people inside.
