I had an appointment to pick the trailer up at 9:30am. I sent an email confirming I would be there at 9:30am to pick it up the day before. On arrival, nothing was done. The trailer was buried in snow and i waited 1hour and 45 minutes for them to get it out. The trailer was packed with well over a foot of snow. I asked if they could shovel it off, the answer I received was we don’t have a shovel. Then things just went downhill. Once I got about an hour away the left signal did not work as well as the brake light. I was not going to drive from NY to SC with one tail light signal working. So by the time it got fixed hours and hours later we had to stay in Long Island with some friends and leave the next day. There is more but the bottom line is my experience sucked at best.

Well, first they told me, their rental agent wasn't in. We drove far and weren't leaving until someone came in after waiting about 20 minutes. Then their computers weren't following their information correctly. We were there for quite a bit of time. I had to run to my bank and go back to House of roses. It wasn't really well planned-out on the staffs end. Truck wasn't cleaned out. After about an hour, we finally drove the UHaul off the premises.

They had incorrect hours posted. I was delayed hours until they opened even though they had lock boxes my keys were not placed in there. Also the location said I did not fuel up even though I had a fuel receipt and pictures so that was an inconvience calling customer service.
