I was scheduled to pick up the trailer at 9:00. They didn’t arrive to open the store until 9:20. I called their phone, but it just went to voicemail. This is not acceptable business practice.

Marvin Lgood location easy to pick up
ONESIMO JHave somebody that fully understands and record the pick up and drop off. I was charged for two extra days when I brought the truck back within three hours of the same day.
Nadyne PU-Haul allowed us to choose a different drop off location. The pickup location would not allow us to drop the truck off at the location. They were rude.
