The House of Roses was completely unprofessional. It was supposed to have someone at the check in counter- no one was there except one woman who didn’t speak any English. When I dropped off the car, it was the Dave but worse. The woman who didn’t speak English said she had to leave bc she’s a cleaning lady in the area! She left the store- locked, People were waiting outside to pick up their U-haul rental and had to call UHaul to change locations. The is the worse experience I’ve ever had. The house of roses should not be a u-haul provider.

I was scheduled to pick up the trailer at 9:00. They didn’t arrive to open the store until 9:20. I called their phone, but it just went to voicemail. This is not acceptable business practice.
Richard Sbetter if leave working phone number for contact the person work there, I have to wait 1h for some one deliver the rental to me.

ONESIMO JHave somebody that fully understands and record the pick up and drop off. I was charged for two extra days when I brought the truck back within three hours of the same day.
