I was sent to this location instead of the Winona location we had set up. It was much farther and no concessions were made financially. I actually got charged about $40 more than the $190-195 original quote. Location did well. U-Haul services did poorly.

I place the 8 dollar coverage and try to force us to pay 35 or have no coverage and never wanted safe trip they put that on there. Store charged us for 2 days and we had to call to fix that so store absolutely need to be trained better, never going back to that location and making no one who knows us doesn't make same mistake
Shannon LequeWe were very upset with uhaul because we were supposed to be picking up the trailer in La Crosse, WI and receive a call that it had to be changed to Arcadia, WI. I was told it was only 30 minutes away and it was actually an hour away.

Kari AndersonOne thing I would like to see is a free dolly in the cost of the U haul if needed. Also a lighter one like the strong aluminum ones..otherwise we were very satisfied.
Beverly LISHpick up time was 8am. Place was closed until 10am. Why tell someone 8am if you don't open till 10? Key was not in lock box either. Truck box was not swept out. Screws all over the floor. Good way to blow a tire. Also, never was emailed a final receipt.

ricardo garciai was charged an additional day of rental as i was 1 hour past 24 hour check in. i picked the tuck up on 5/28 at 8:15 a.m., receipt stated i had to drop if off by 7: a.m. on 5/29 the drop off location was not even open until 10 a.m. was still charged additional $60.60, i rent from your business a lot, never had an issue like like, horrible business model RIP OFF!!!

STEVEN HOLMESWe had to drive to Arcadia Wisconsin from South Minneapolis 140 miles one way to pick up our 20 foot truck. Two lane highway most of the way, it took us over five hours round trip. No 20 foot, 26 foot or 15 foot truck anywhere under 100 miles away... We missed the movers we had scheduled for the day, fortunately we were able to reschedule for the next day. Uhaul gave us nothing for the cost of driving our vehicle 280 miles no credit for the cost of gas driving the truck 140 to our location. They didn't charge us for the extra miles... they said they would give us a free day use of the truck.. Not a good experience.

Brian BaumgartnerI was given excellent emergeny service by this location after an employee did not SHOW UP to service customers at the "Shop-Ko" location in Winona, MN. At least 6 parties were waiting at 9:00 am Saturday, June 26, for trucks or trailers. THIS IS INEXCUSIBLE!! i REQUEST SOME COMPENSATION FOR MY TIME AND MILEAGE.

allen fillaNo improvements needed. We were in a bind and needed the vehicle quickly. By the time I got to the store it was pulled around in front, full of fuel and all I needed to do was the paperwork, which he took care of quickly. I am very appreciative of the great service!

Debra PatteeIt would be helpful to make sure someone dropping off after-hours can easily park their equipment. We dropped a trailer off after-hours. The only clear parking location for the trailer required us to maneuver into a narrow area and then manually push the trailer into the spot to avoid blocking the driveway.

Garry FisherYour online reservation system is junk, too many times my reservation was was somehow moved to a location that would've caused me to drive further for drop off. I had to upgrade from 15' to 20' and leave in the middle of my shift to ensure I had a truck to move with. I am extremely disappointed with this situation. The location (Arcadia, WI) agent was courteous, and they were awesome. The only problem was the online reservation system. Fix it. The point of reservations is making sure the customer has what they are reserving for the equipment, date and time requested. Not allowing the customer to believe their set to go, and find that they are without all that.

Juan ValdespinoEverything went great. Very small and minor detail. I did all the pre registration and online check in, it wasn't as quick as I had thought it would be. I was asked a few questions that were already answered on my check in, so what's the point of checking in? Everything else was great. The drop off was perfect.
Justin AndersonDrove in and they looked at the truck and I was out in 10 minutes. Well prepared, gave receipt and said thanks for using U Haul. The location in Arcadia, WI was excellent, it was exactly where I needed it to be. The place could not have done a better job. I will come and use them again.

NANCY UTTERBACKThey did not have a dolly or blankets available. Truck had only 3/8 tank which resulted in us having to stop for gas 3 times, once when we picked it up, twice during the move.
Dan FernI had to return the rental back to the same location and the whole point of renting a uhaul truck is that you can drop it at the destination . That’s a deal breaker for me for any future business with uhaul .
