One thing I would like to see is a free dolly in the cost of the U haul if needed. Also a lighter one like the strong aluminum ones..otherwise we were very satisfied.

pick up time was 8am. Place was closed until 10am. Why tell someone 8am if you don't open till 10? Key was not in lock box either. Truck box was not swept out. Screws all over the floor. Good way to blow a tire. Also, never was emailed a final receipt.
