It was a bit confusing because we were given the key and a truck was parked out front. However, the key did not fit the truck doors. So we had to go back in and turns out the truck we were taking was on the side of the building. The women helping us was great, however. Easy to converse with and helpful in all ways.

Excellent customer service and boy did we haul a LOT with that trailer. Tiny, but mighty!😅 Definitely would recommend renting from Seth and his team (and we'll be back for sure)!

Cindy BThe truck was very clean and outwardly good, but it drove poorly. I only needed to take it a short distance and back, but it was not enjoyable to drive at all. Very little power, brakes seemed really worn out, and extremely loud. Otherwise it was fine, and the location was good.
