I had a great experience with Howell Storage and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, safe, convenient, and well-maintained storage facility. My unit was always clean, the property was consistently well taken care of, and I always felt comfortable knowing my belongings were in a safe place. The whole process was quick and easy, with no hassles or headaches — exactly what you want when renting a storage unit! And of course, I can’t write a review without mentioning Binx, the office cat! 🐈 Binx is the friendliest little greeter and adds a special touch that makes Howell Storage stand out from the rest. Who knew renting a storage unit could come with such a great furry bonus? Pam Murray and the team make the experience easy and welcoming, and it’s clear they take pride in keeping the facility in great shape and their customers happy. If you’re looking for storage in the Howell/Pinckney area, I absolutely recommend Howell Storage! Clean, secure, convenient, great price and easy to work with, and an office cat named Binx? Colette DThe 15' truck worked perfectly fine, however 5 stars isn't high enough to compliment the service I received from the agent in the office Pam. She was amazing, very thorough, and such a kind human being. Though I had never met her a day it my life it felt like borrowing a truck from a friend instead of renting from a corporation. Mr. Binks was such an awesome employee too.

Jacqueline MKind of a beat up old truck, driver side door would not close properly due to a previous accident with an obviously poor repair job.
SCOTT PBinx and Pam were very helpful! Even with a reservation mix up, Pam helped me out for over an hour to get my U-Haul and even helped me adjust my mirrors before driving away. Definitely above and beyond customer service.

Stanley LThe person I dealt with did not honor what U-Haul told me. They said I could pick the truck up early. And that they would only charge me for the 24 hours that I was going to use the truck. The woman I dealt with here was harsh pretty rude. She did help me overall but basically yelled at me because I was 2 hours early for my pickup. I could not help what time I got there as I am a over-the-road truck driver. I will never be using U-Haul again in that area.
