Kind of a beat up old truck, driver side door would not close properly due to a previous accident with an obviously poor repair job.

Binx and Pam were very helpful! Even with a reservation mix up, Pam helped me out for over an hour to get my U-Haul and even helped me adjust my mirrors before driving away. Definitely above and beyond customer service.

Stanley LThe person I dealt with did not honor what U-Haul told me. They said I could pick the truck up early. And that they would only charge me for the 24 hours that I was going to use the truck. The woman I dealt with here was harsh pretty rude. She did help me overall but basically yelled at me because I was 2 hours early for my pickup. I could not help what time I got there as I am a over-the-road truck driver. I will never be using U-Haul again in that area.
