We were switched to this location at the last minute and no one was at the location to give us the key when our reservation started. The app check-in did not give a key box code so an employee was needed to get the key and it caused us delays in getting our reservation started.
Jessica MI have no issue with the location or the truck. Your app is a disaster. We tried to submit pictures of the truck beforehand on both an Android and an Apple device, and none of them worked. Could not send any photos. On check-out either. When I returned the truck I had filled the tank with more fuel than I used. I only drove 8 miles and still got charged for 4 gallons, even after adding 1.2 gallons. 5.2 gallons for 8 miles of driving is a little ridiculous. I have all the documentation and will contact the BBB if this does not get rectified. Thanks
Bryson MFurniture pads I ordered were missing
Stephen WThis location was closed when I dropped off the truck and it wasn't an actual store, it was a used car dealership. I really didn't feel comfortable leaving the appliances dolly on the truck unattended.
